Production Warehouse Staff

AWG Northern Distribution is currently looking to hire energetic and hardworking candidates who are seeking long term employment to join our production team. We have recently upgraded our manufacturing facility to include production of tempered glass, shower doors, glass entrance systems and spandrel glass. 

This is a physically demanding job and you are required to stand for extended periods of time. In this position, you will be exposed to a variety of tasks. If you want to learn a trade, enjoy working with your hands, and are mechanically inclined, then this may be your perfect opportunity. Prior glass cutting experience an asset however training will be provided. 

 Requirements: 

• Must have reliable transportation 

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds 

• Able to read measuring tape (metric/imperial) 

• Strong ability to work independently 

• Ability to manually pull glass sheets as required 

• Responsive to change in priorities and immediate demands 

• Possess organizational skills with continuous changes in glass runs. 

• Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner; independently, or in a team environment.
